1.1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds on products that meet the following conditions:

• The item is in its original condition and packaging.
• The request for a refund is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• The product is not excluded from our refund policy (see section 1.2).

 

1.2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• If the Packet is opened.
• If the Product is not  in its frozen state.

 

1.3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at  shriyaa@cuknuk.com. with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.

 

1.4. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

2. Return Policy

We accept returns on products that meet the following conditions:

• The request for a return is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product is not excluded from our return policy (see section 2.2).

• If the Product is not  in its frozen state.

2.4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
